Digital Products — Final Sale

Because FreeWill Creative digital products provide immediate access to downloadable content, digital product purchases are final sale and non-refundable once access has been provided.

This includes the DIY Creator Storefront Prompt Pack and any future downloadable guides, templates, prompt packs, recordings, or digital resources.

If a customer experiences a technical problem accessing a purchased file, FreeWill Creative will assist with restoring access. A technical access issue does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law.

Build It Live — Refund Policy

Build It Live registrations are non-refundable. Each workshop has a limited number of seats, and purchasing a seat reserves space that may otherwise have been available to another participant.

This applies to both full-price and promotional registrations. Customers who are unable to attend may qualify for one complimentary reschedule under the policy below.

Build It Live — Rescheduling

A participant may request one complimentary reschedule when the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time. The new workshop date is subject to availability.

Once a registration has been rescheduled, it may not be rescheduled again.

Requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop are treated as late cancellations and are not eligible for rescheduling. A rescheduled registration does not qualify for a refund.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another workshop date.

No-Shows

If a participant does not attend their scheduled Build It Live workshop and has not received an approved reschedule in advance, the registration is considered a no-show.

The customer may purchase another Build It Live session if they still wish to participate.

No-shows:

are not eligible for a refund
are not eligible for a complimentary reschedule
forfeit that workshop registration

Late Arrival

Participants are encouraged to join a few minutes early. Build It Live begins at the scheduled time.

A participant who arrives late may join the workshop already in progress, but the session will not be extended or restarted. Late arrival does not qualify for a refund or reschedule.

If FreeWill Creative Cancels a Workshop

If FreeWill Creative must cancel a scheduled Build It Live workshop, the participant may choose to transfer to another available Build It Live session or receive a refund of the amount paid for that workshop.

If FreeWill Creative reschedules a workshop and the new date does not work for the participant, the participant may choose another available date or request a refund.

Build It Live Open Studio

Build It Live includes 30 days of access to Build It Live Open Studio following the participant’s workshop. Open Studio is a 60-minute live group support session generally held every other Sunday.

Participants may use Open Studio to:

ask questions
troubleshoot problems
share progress
receive feedback
discuss next steps

Open Studio is group support. It is not:

private coaching
an individual appointment
guaranteed one-on-one time

Open Studio Access Period

A participant’s Open Studio access begins after completion of their Build It Live workshop and continues for 30 calendar days. Access automatically ends after the 30-day period.

Exception: if FreeWill Creative cancels an Open Studio session and that cancellation causes a customer to lose their final reasonable opportunity to attend during their 30-day access period, FreeWill Creative may extend access to the next available Open Studio session.

Unused Open Studio access:

cannot be extended
cannot be exchanged for cash
cannot be transferred
does not create a refund or credit

Open Studio Attendance

Open Studio is optional. Participants are not required to attend every session available during their 30-day period.

Missing an Open Studio session does not create:

a credit
a refund
a replacement private session
a one-on-one appointment

Open Studio Schedule Changes

Open Studio dates and times may occasionally change. If FreeWill Creative changes or cancels a session, eligible participants will be notified when reasonably possible.

If a cancellation prevents a participant from having a reasonable opportunity to attend during their 30-day eligibility period, FreeWill Creative may extend access to the next available session.

Microsoft Teams / Technology

Build It Live and Open Studio are conducted through Microsoft Teams.

Technical problems caused by the participant’s device, internet connection, browser, or local setup do not qualify for a refund.

If a significant technical failure on FreeWill Creative’s side prevents the workshop from being delivered, FreeWill Creative may reschedule the session or provide another appropriate remedy.

Participants are responsible for:

having a working internet connection
using a compatible device
testing their microphone, speakers, and camera as needed
joining using the meeting link provided

Recording

Build It Live and Open Studio sessions are not automatically recorded. If FreeWill Creative intends to record a session, participants will be informed before recording begins.

Promotional / Discounted Registrations

Promotional pricing does not change the underlying refund, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, attendance, or Open Studio policies. A Build It Live registration purchased at a promotional price follows the same policies as a registration purchased at the regular price.

Transfers

Registrations and product access are intended for the original purchaser and may not be transferred, shared, or resold without written approval from FreeWill Creative.

Digital Content Use / Sharing

FreeWill Creative digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal or internal business use.

Files, prompts, worksheets, videos, access links, and other paid materials may not be copied, redistributed, resold, shared publicly, or uploaded for others to access.

Customers may use what they learn from the materials to build their own business or project.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund for the Prompt Pack?: Because the Prompt Pack is a digital product with immediate access, purchases are final sale once access has been provided.
Can I share the Prompt Pack or paid resources?: No. Paid FreeWill Creative materials are licensed for the purchaser’s personal or internal business use and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared publicly.
What is Build It Live?: A live, hands-on small-group workshop where you bring your business, website, app, or project idea and get real-time guidance to turn it into a working plan with AI.
How long is the workshop?: Each class is two hours, live.
How many people are in each class?: Each class is limited to five participants.
What should I bring?: Your idea, any examples or reference sites, existing content, and your questions. You'll share your project details after you book.
Do I need coding experience?: No. The workshop is built for creators and business owners, not developers.
Where is the workshop held?: Live on Microsoft Teams.
When will I receive my Microsoft Teams link?: Your Microsoft Teams link will be sent within 72 hours of purchase. It will also appear on your My Workshop page once available.
Can I update my project information?: Yes. You can update your answers anytime before the workshop from your My Workshop page.
What is Open Studio?: Open Studio is a 60-minute group support session available to qualifying Build It Live participants for 30 days after their workshop.
How often is Open Studio?: Open Studio is generally held every other Sunday.
